At the CSLA conference I attended a session lead by Jane Lofton about a 2.o tool called VoiceThreads. VoiceThreads is an online tool that allows you to upload photographs and many other types of documents and to add a voice recording to them. She showed us some examples of booktalks that kids have done. Here is an example if you want to take a look:

It seems like there are many different possibilities with this technology. I am really eager to find different tools to do online booktalks with kids. I'd love to hear any ideas that other people are using.

Thanks for sharing the Voice Threads site. Very cool. I feel like we could spend a whole day sharing "how to" and discussing meaningful application with students. Maybe?
